8.1 AI Technology

The AI chatbot uses large language models (LLMs) provided by Azure OpenAI Services. This technology:

Your conversations with the chatbot are not used to train AI models. Azure OpenAI only stores prompt data temporarily for abuse monitoring (maximum 30 days) and does not use it for model improvement.

9. Intellectual Property
