Artikel 1. In afwijking van artikel 15, § 1bis/1, lid 6, van het besluit van de Waalse regering van 30 november 2006 tot bevordering van elektriciteitsopwekking uit hernieuwbare energiebronnen of warmtekrachtkoppeling, zijn de kECO-coëfficiënten die van toepassing zijn op nieuwe projecten van het fotovoltaïsche kanaal voor de eerste semester van 2020, van toepassing zonder herziening voor de tweede semester van 2020.
Article 1er. Par dérogation à l'article 15, § 1erbis/1, alinéa 6, de l'arrêté du Gouvernement wallon du 30 novembre 2006 relatif à la promotion de l'électricité produite au moyen de sources d'énergie renouvelables ou de cogénération, les coefficients kECO applicables pour les nouveaux projets appartenant à la filière photovoltaïque pour le premier semestre 2020 s'appliquent sans révision pour le second semestre 2020.
Art.2. Dit besluit heeft uitwerking op 1 september 2020.
Art.2. Le présent arrêté produit ses effets le 1er septembre 2020.
Art. 3. De Minister van Energie is belast met de uitvoering van dit besluit.
Art. 3. Le Ministre qui a l'énergie dans ses attributions est chargé de l'exécution du présent arrêté.
