Artikel 1. Artikel 3 van het besluit van de Voorzitter van het Directiecomité van de Federale Overheidsdienst Financiën wordt als volgt gewijzigd:
1°, § 1, 4°, 1ste alinea b), eerste gedachtestreep wordt aangevuld met de woorden: "alsook de antenne BBI Ostbelgien",
2°, § 1, 4°, 2de alinea wordt als volgt vervangen "De zetel van deze diensten is in Namen gevestigd, behalve voor drie van de vier inspecties, waarvan de zetel respectievelijk in Charleroi, Luik en Bergen is gevestigd, alsook voor de antenne BBI Ostbelgien waarvan de zetel is gevestigd in Eupen.",
3°, § 2 wordt aangevuld met de volgende alinea: "In afwijking van de 1ste alinea strekt de territoriale bevoegdheid van de antenne BBI Ostbelgien zich uitsluitend uit tot de gemeenten Amel, Büllingen, Burg-Reuland, Bütgenbach, Eupen, Kelmis, Lontzen, Raeren en Sankt Vith.".

Article 1er. A l'article 3 de l'arrêté du Président du Comité de direction du Service public fédéral Finances, les modifications suivantes sont apportées :

2° le § 1er, 4°, alinéa 2 est remplacé par ce qui suit : " Le siège de ces services est établi à Namur, hormis pour trois des quatre inspections, dont le siège est établi respectivement à Charleroi, Liège et Mons, ainsi que pour l'antenne ISI Ostbelgien, dont le siège est établi à Eupen. ",
3° le § 2 est complété par un alinéa rédigé comme suit: " Par dérogation à l'alinéa 1er, la compétence territoriale de l'antenne ISI Ostbelgien s'étend uniquement aux communes d'Amblève, de Bullange, de Burg-Reuland, de Butchenbach, d'Eupen, de La Calamine, de Lontzen, de Raeren et de Saint-Vith. Art. 2. In hetzelfde besluit wordt de bijlage vervangen door de bijlage bij dit Besluit.
Art. 2. Dans le même arrêté, l'annexe est remplacée par l'annexe jointe au présent arrêté.
Art. 3. Dit besluit treedt in werking op 1 juli 2018.
Art. 3. Le présent arrêté entre en vigueur le 1er juillet 2018.
