Artikel 1. Het aantal gerechtsdeurwaarders wordt, per gerechtelijk arrondissement, bepaald als volgt :
Article 1er. Le nombre d'huissiers de justice est fixé comme suit par arrondissement judiciaire :

Art. 2. Het koninklijk besluit van 26 april 2009 tot bepaling van het aantal gerechtsdeurwaarders per gerechtelijk arrondissement wordt opgeheven.
Art. 2. L'arrêté royal du 26 avril 2009 fixant le nombre d'huissiers de justice par arrondissement judiciaire est abrogé.
Art. 3. De minister bevoegd voor Justitie is belast met de uitvoering van dit besluit.
Art. 3. Le ministre qui a la Justice dans ses attributions est chargé de l'exécution du présent arrêté.
