Artikel 1. Met het oog op de toepassing van artikel 43 van de wetten op het gebruik van de talen in bestuurszaken, gecoördineerd op 18 juli 1966, op het administratief personeel van de Raad van State, worden de verschillende graden die eenzelfde trap van de hiërarchie vormen vastgesteld als volgt:
Eerste trap :
hoofdsecretaris
Tweede trap :
eerste taaladviseur of taaladviseur of eerste taalattaché of taalattaché (*)
bestuurlijk attaché
documentalist
informaticus-adviseur of eerste attaché-informaticus of attaché-informaticus (*)
Derde trap :

deskundige documentatie

hoofdprogrammeur of programmeur (*)
Vierde trap :
opsteller

Article 1er. En vue de l'application de l'article 43 des lois sur l'emploi des langues en matière administrative, coordonnées le 18 juillet 1966, au personnel administratif du Conseil d'Etat, les divers grades qui constituent un même degré de la hiérarchie, sont déterminés comme suit :
Premier degré :
secrétaire en chef
Deuxième degré :
premier conseiller linguistique ou conseiller linguistique ou premier attaché linguistique ou attaché linguistique (*)

Art. 2. Vanaf het ogenblik dat de bepalingen van het artikel 41 van het personeelsstatuut van het administratief personeel van de Raad van State, zoals vastgesteld door de Algemene vergadering bij beslissing van 5 oktober 1999, volledig uitwerking zal hebben gehad worden de verschillende graden die eenzelfde trap van de hiërarchie vormen vastgesteld als volgt:

A partir du moment où l'article 41 du statut du personnel administratif du Conseil d'Etat, tel que fixé par décision de l'assemblée générale du 5 octobre 1999, aura complètement produit ses effets, les divers grades qui constituent un même degré de la hiérarchie seront déterminés comme suit :

Art. 3. Het koninklijk besluit van 9 januari 2007 tot vaststelling, met het oog op de toepassing van artikel 43 van de wetten op het gebruik van de talen in bestuurszaken, gecoördineerd op 18 juli 1966, van de graden van het administratief personeel van de Raad van State, die eenzelfde trap van de hiërarchie vormen, wordt opgeheven.
Art. 3. L'arrêté royal du 9 janvier 2007 déterminant, en vue de l'application de l'article 43 des lois sur l'emploi des langues en matière administrative, coordonnées le 18 juillet 1966, les grades du personnel administratif du Conseil d'Etat qui constituent un même degré de la hiérarchie, est rapporté.
Art. 4. Dit besluit treedt in werking op 1 mei 2014.
Art. 4. Cet arrêté entre en vigueur le 1er mai 2014.
Art. 5. Onze Minister van Binnenlandse Zaken is belast met de uitvoering van dit besluit.
Art. 5. Notre Ministre de l'Intérieur est chargée de l'exécution du présent arrêté.
