Artikel 1. § 1. Dit besluit is van toepassing op de volgende Vlaamse openbare instellingen :
Export Vlaanderen, N.V. Zeekanaal en Watergebonden Grondbeheer, OPZ Geel, OPZ Rekem, Toerisme Vlaanderen, Vlaamse Dienst voor Arbeidsbemiddeling en Beroepsopleiding, Vlaams Instituut voor Zelfstandig Ondernemen, Vlaamse Onderwijs Raad en de Vlaamse Milieumaatschappij.
§ 2. Artikel 3 van dit besluit is eveneens van toepassing op de andere Vlaamse openbare instellingen die onder het stambesluit VOI van 30 juni 2000 vallen.

Article 1. § 1er. Le présent arrêté s'applique aux organismes publics flamands suivants :

Art. 3. De vergoedingen en toelagen die opgenomen zijn in de reglementaire bepalingen en die instellingsspecifiek zijn in de Vlaamse openbare instellingen vermeld in artikel 1 worden omgezet in euro (aan 100 %) overeenkomstig volgende afrondingsregels :
- op 0,5 euro wanneer het bedrag in Belgische frank afgerond was op 100 of een veelvoud ervan;
- op 5 euro wanneer het bedrag in Belgische frank afgerond was op 1 000 of een veelvoud ervan.
- op 0,5 euro wanneer het bedrag in Belgische frank afgerond was op 100 of een veelvoud ervan;
- op 5 euro wanneer het bedrag in Belgische frank afgerond was op 1 000 of een veelvoud ervan.
Art. 3. Les indemnités et allocations reprises dans les dispositions réglementaires et spécifiques des organismes publics flamands visés à l'article 1er, sont converties en euros (à 100 %) conformément aux règles d'arrondissement suivantes :
- à 0,5 euros lorsque le montant en francs belges était arrondi à 100 ou un multiple de 100;
- à 5 euros lorsque le montant en francs belges était arrondi à 1.000 ou un multiple de 1.000.
- à 0,5 euros lorsque le montant en francs belges était arrondi à 100 ou un multiple de 100;
- à 5 euros lorsque le montant en francs belges était arrondi à 1.000 ou un multiple de 1.000.
Art. 4. Dit besluit treedt in werking op 1 januari 2002.
Art. 4. Le présent arrêté entre en vigueur le 1er janvier 2002.
Art. 5. De leden van de regering zijn, ieder wat hem of haar betreft, belast met de uitvoering van dit besluit.
