Gewaarborgde bezoldiging.
Rémunération garantie.
Artikel 1. In artikel 1 van het besluit van de Regering van 6 januari 1993 tot vaststelling van een gewaarborgde bezoldiging aan het personeel van het Ministerie van de Duitstalige Gemeenschap worden de in frank uitgedrukte bedragen vermeld in de linkse kolom vervangen door de in euro uitgedrukte bedragen vermeld in de rechtse kolom.
Article 1. A l'article 1 de l'arrêté du Gouvernement du 6 janvier 1993 fixant une rémunération garantie pour le personnel du Ministère de la Communauté germanophone, les montants exprimés en francs belges dans la colonne de gauche sont remplacés par les montants exprimés en euro dans la colonne de droite.

Art. 2. In artikel 1 van het besluit van de Regering van 20 januari 1993 tot vaststelling van de spilbedragen voor de toekenning van een haardtoelage of van een standplaatstoelage aan het personeel van het Ministerie van de Duitstalige Gemeenschap worden de in frank uitgedrukte bedragen vermeld in de linkse kolom vervangen door de in euro uitgedrukte bedragen vermeld in de rechtse kolom.

Art.3. De bijlage II bij het besluit van de Regering van 27 december 1996 houdende organisatie van het Ministerie van de Duitstalige Gemeenschap en houdende regeling van de aanwerving, de loopbaan en de bezoldiging van de ambtenaren wordt helemaal vervangen door de bijlage bij dit besluit.
Art.3. L'annexe II de l'arrêté du Gouvernement du 27 décembre 1996 portant organisation du Ministère de la Communauté germanophone et réglant le recrutement, la carrière et le statut pécuniaire des agents est complètement remplacée par l'annexe au présent arrêté.
Inwerkingtreding.
Entrée en vigueur.
Art.4. Dit besluit treedt in werking op 1 januari 2002.
Art.4. Le présent arrêté entre en vigueur le 1er janvier 2002.
Uitvoering.
Exécution.
Art.5. De Minister bevoegd inzake Begroting en Personeel is belast met de uitvoering van dit besluit.
