Artikel 1. In de bijlage bij het koninklijk besluit van 13 maart 2000 tot vaststelling van de maximumgehalten aan residuen van bestrijdingsmiddelen toegelaten in en op voedingsmiddelen worden de volgende wijzigingen aangebracht :
  1° in punt 3 worden de bepalingen met betrekking tot de bestrijdingsmiddelen AMITRAZ, AZOXYSTROBIN, LAMBDA-CYHALOTHRIN en METALAXYL vervangen door de bepalingen in bijlage I bij dit besluit;
  2° in punt 3 wordt voor ACEFAAT tussen de maximale gehalten " pitvruchten 1 " en " pruimen 2 " het maximale gehalte " perziken 0.2 " ingevoegd;
  3° in punt 3 wordt voor CHLOORTHALONIL het maximale gehalte " knolselder 0.5 " door het maximale gehalte " knolselder 1 " vervangen;
  4° in punt 3 wordt voor CYPERMETHRIN tussen de maximale gehalten " erwten (met peul) 0.5 " en " artisjokken 2 " het maximale gehalte " asperges 0.1 " ingevoegd;
  5° in punt 3 wordt voor ETHEFON tussen de maximale gehalten " aalbessen 5 " en " uien 0.5 " het maximale gehalte " ananassen 2 " ingevoegd;
  6° in punt 3 wordt voor FENBUTATIN-OXIDE tussen de maximale gehalten " tomaten 1 " en " aubergines 1 " het maximale gehalte " pepers-paprika's 1 " ingevoegd;
  7° in punt 3 wordt voor KRESOXIM-METHYL tussen de maximale gehalten " druiven 1 " en " aalbessen 1 " het maximale gehalte " aardbeien 0.2 " ingevoegd;
  8° punt 3 wordt aangevuld met de bepalingen met betrekking tot de bestrijdingsmiddelen FLUPYRSULFURON-METHYL en PYMETROZIN in bijlage I bij dit besluit;
  9° punt 4.B wordt aangevuld met de bepalingen met betrekking tot het bestrijdingsmiddel PYMETROZIN in bijlage II bij dit besluit.
Article 1. A l'annexe de l'arrêté royal du 13 mars 2000 fixant les teneurs maximales pour les résidus de pesticides autorisées sur et dans les denrées alimentaires sont apportées les modifications suivantes :
  1° au point 3, les dispositions concernant les pesticides AMITRAZE, AZOXYSTROBINE, LAMBDA-CYHALOTHRINE et METALAXYL sont remplacées par les dispositions en annexe I du présent arrêté;
  2° au point 3, pour l'ACEPHATE, la teneur maximale " pêches 0.2 " est insérée entre les teneurs maximales " fruits à pépins 1 " et " prunes 2 ";
  3° au point 3, pour le CHLOROTHALONIL, la teneur maximale " céleris-raves 0.5 " est remplacée par la teneur maximale " céleris raves 1 ";
  4° au point 3, pour la CYPERMETHRINE, la teneur maximale " asperge 0.1 " est insérée entre les teneurs maximales " pois (non écossés) 0.5 " et " artichauts 2 ";
  5° au point 3, pour l'ETHEPHON, la teneur maximale " ananas 2 " est insérée entre les teneurs maximales " groseilles 5 " et " oignons 0.5 ";
  6° au point 3, pour le FENBUTATIN-OXIDE, la teneur maximale " poivrons 1 " est insérée entre les teneurs maximales " tomates 1 " et " aubergines 1 ";
  7° au point 3, pour le KRESOXIM-METHYL, la teneur maximale " fraises 0.2 " est insérée entre les teneurs maximales " raisins 1 " et " groseilles 1 ";
  8° le point 3 est complété par les dispositions concernant les pesticides FLUPYRSULFURON-METHYL et PYMETROZINE en annexe I du présent arrêté;
  9° le point 4.B est complété par les dispositions concernant le pesticide PYMETROZINE en annexe II du présent arrêté.
Art.2. Dit besluit treedt in werking op 1 september 2002.
Art.2. Le présent arrêté entre en vigueur le 1er septembre 2002.
Art.3. Onze Minister van Consumentenzaken, Volksgezondheid en Leefmilieu is belast met de uitvoering van dit besluit.
