Art.3. Dit besluit heeft uitwerking met 1 oktober 1992.
Art.3. Le présent arrêté produit ses effets le 1er octobre 1992.
Art. 4. De Minister tot wiens bevoegdheid de audiovisuele sector behoort, is belast met de uitvoering van dit besluit.
