23 DECEMBRE 2025. - Arrêté royal portant répartition partielle du crédit provisionnel inscrit au programme 14-53-5 du budget général des dépenses pour l'année budgétaire 2025 et destiné à couvrir le remboursement aux départements d'origine des indemnités et des coûts afférents au déploiement et aux fonctionnement des militaires, des membres de la Police Fédérale, des représentants de la magistrature et des membres du personnel de la Justice, des Affaires Etrangères, des Finances et d'autres instances publiques chargées de missions à l'étranger dans le cadre de la gestion civile des crises ou de la planification et la préparation de telles missions

Artikel 1. Een bedrag van vier miljoen vierhonderdvijfenzeventigduizend euro (4.475.000 EUR) in vastlegging- en vereffening wordt afgenomen van het provisioneel krediet ingeschreven op het programma 14-53-5 onder de basisallocatie 53/51.01.00.01 van de algemene uitgavenbegroting voor het begrotingsjaar 2025 en wordt verdeeld overeenkomstig de bijgevoegde tabel.
Article 1er. Un montant de quatre millions quatre cent septante-cinq mille euros (4.475.000 EUR) en engagement et en liquidation est prélevé du crédit provisionnel inscrit au programme 14-53-5 sous l'allocation de base 53/51.01.00.01, du budget général des dépenses pour l'année budgétaire 2025 et est réparti conformément au tableau ci-annexé.
Art. 2. De in de tabel vermelde bedragen worden gevoegd bij de kredieten welke onder de betrokken programma's en basisallocaties zijn uitgetrokken voor het begrotingsjaar 2025.
Art. 2. Les montants figurant dans ce tableau sont rattachés aux crédits prévus pour l'année budgétaire 2025 aux programmes et allocations de base concernés.
Art. 3. Dit besluit treedt in werking de dag waarop het in het Belgisch Staatsblad wordt bekendgemaakt.
Art. 3. Le présent arrêté entre en vigueur le jour de sa publication au Moniteur belge.
Art. 4. Onze Vice-eersteminister en Minister van Buitenlandse Zaken, Europese Zaken en Ontwikkelingssamenwerking en Onze Vice-eersteminister en Minister van Begroting, belast met Administratieve Vereenvoudiging zijn, ieder wat zijn betreft, belast met de uitvoering van dit besluit.
Art. 4. Notre Vice-Premier Ministre et Ministre des Affaires étrangères, des Affaires européennes et de la Coopération au développement et Notre Vice-Premier Ministre et Ministre du Budget, chargé de la Simplification administrative sont chargés, chacun en ce qui le concerne, de l'exécution du présent arrêté.
