Artikel 1. Dit besluit regelt een aangelegenheid zoals bedoeld in de artikelen 127 en 128 van de Grondwet krachtens artikel 138 ervan.
Article 1er. Le présent arrêté règle une matière visée aux articles 127 et 128 de la Constitution en vertu de l'article 138 de celle-ci.
Art. 2. Artikel 2 van het besluit van het College van de Franse Gemeenschapscommissie van 20 oktober 1994 tot vaststelling van de organieke personeelsformatie van het Institut bruxellois francophone pour la formation professionnelle wordt opgeheven en vervangen door een nieuw artikel 2 dat als volgt is opgesteld:
"De personeelsformatie van het Institut bruxellois francophone pour la formation professionnelle wordt als volgt vastgesteld:
Niveau 1:
Directeur-generaal (mandaat) 1
Bestuursdirecteur (mandaat) 1
Adviseur 7
Attaché-diensthoofd 12
Attaché of eerstaanwezend attaché (*) 30
Niveau 2+:
Administratief gegradueerde of technisch gegradueerde of eerstaanwezend administratief gegradueerde of eerstaanwezend technisch gegradueerde of gegradueerd bestuurschef of hoofd technisch gegradueerde of eerste administratief gegradueerde of eerste technisch gegradueerde (*) 23
Niveau 2:
Hoofd bestuursassistent of hoofd technisch assistent of eerstaanwezend bestuursassistent of eerstaanwezend technisch assistent of bestuursassistent eerste klas of technisch assistent eerste klas of bestuursassistent of technisch assistent (*) 40
Niveau 3:
Adjunct bestuurschef of adjunct-hoofdvakman of bestuursadjunct eerste klas of assistent-vakman eerste klas of eerstaanwezend bestuursadjunct of eerstaanwezend adjunct-vakman of bestuursadjunct of adjunct-vakman (*) 22
(*): Toepassing van het beginsel van de vlakke loopbaan."
"De personeelsformatie van het Institut bruxellois francophone pour la formation professionnelle wordt als volgt vastgesteld:
Niveau 1:
Directeur-generaal (mandaat) 1

Attaché of eerstaanwezend attaché (*) 30
Niveau 2+:

(*): Toepassing van het beginsel van de vlakke loopbaan."
Art. 2. L'article 2 de l'arrêté du Collège de la Commission communautaire française du 20 octobre 1994 fixant le cadre organique de l'Institut bruxellois francophone pour la formation professionnelle est abrogé et remplacé par un nouvel article 2 rédigé comme suit :
" Le cadre du personnel de l'Institut bruxellois francophone pour la formation professionnelle est fixé comme suit :
Niveau 1 :
Directeur général (mandat) 1
Directeur d'administration (mandat) 1
Conseiller 7
Attaché chef de service 12
Attaché ou attaché principal (*) 30
Niveau 2 + :
Gradué administratif ou Gradué technique ou Gradué administratif principal ou Gradué technique principal ou Gradué administratif chef ou Gradué technique chef ou Premier gradué administratif ou Premier gradué technique (*) 23
Niveau 2 :
Assistant administratif chef ou Assistant technique chef ou Assistant administratif principal ou Assistant technique principal ou Assistant administratif de 1ère classe ou Assistant technique de 1re classe ou Assistant administratif ou Assistant technique (*) 40
Niveau 3 :
Adjoint administratif chef ou Adjoint de métier chef ou Adjoint administratif de 1ère classe ou Assistant de métier de 1ère classe ou Adjoint administratif principal ou Adjoint de métier principal ou Adjoint administratif ou Adjoint de de métier (*) 22
(*) : Application du principe de la carrière plane. "
" Le cadre du personnel de l'Institut bruxellois francophone pour la formation professionnelle est fixé comme suit :
Niveau 1 :

Directeur d'administration (mandat) 1
Conseiller 7

Attaché ou attaché principal (*) 30
Niveau 2 + :
Gradué administratif ou Gradué technique ou Gradué administratif principal ou Gradué technique principal ou Gradué administratif chef ou Gradué technique chef ou Premier gradué administratif ou Premier gradué technique (*) 23
Niveau 2 :
Assistant administratif chef ou Assistant technique chef ou Assistant administratif principal ou Assistant technique principal ou Assistant administratif de 1ère classe ou Assistant technique de 1re classe ou Assistant administratif ou Assistant technique (*) 40
Niveau 3 :

(*) : Application du principe de la carrière plane. "
Art. 3. De leden van het College bevoegd voor Openbaar Ambt en voor Beroepsopleiding worden belast met de uitvoering van dit besluit.
Art. 3. Les Membres du Collège chargés de la Fonction publique et de la Formation professionnelle sont chargés de l'exécution du présent arrêté.
