Artikel 1. Convivialités VZW wordt erkend als sociale onderneming en meer specifiek als Sociaal Democratische Onderneming (SDO).
Article 1er. Convivialités ASBL est agréée en tant qu'entreprise sociale et plus spécifiquement en tant qu'Entreprise Sociale et Démocratique (ESD).
Art. 2. Deze erkenning wordt verleend voor een termijn van twee jaar.
Art. 2. Le présent agrément est accordé pour une durée de deux ans.
Art. 3. Dit besluit treedt in werking op de dag van publicatie in het Belgisch Staatsblad.
Art. 3. Le présent arrêté entre en vigueur le jour de sa publication au Moniteur belge.
