Art. 2. Een afschrift van dit besluit wordt ter kennisgeving toegestuurd aan het Vlaams Parlement, het Rekenhof en het Departement Financiën en Begroting.
Art. 2. Une copie du présent arrêté est transmise pour notification au Parlement flamand, à la Cour des Comptes et au Département des Finances et du Budget.
Art. 3. De Vlaamse minister, bevoegd voor het wetenschappelijk onderzoek, is belast met de uitvoering van dit besluit.
Art. 3. Le Ministre flamand qui a la recherche scientifique dans ses attributions est chargé de l'exécution du présent arrêté.
