Artikel 1. De stichting van openbaar nut "Stichting voor Vermiste en Seksueel Uitgebuite Kinderen afgekort CHILD FOCUS", met zetel te 1020 Brussel, Houba de Strooperlaan 292, wordt erkend als organisatie bedoeld in artikel 383bis/1 van het Strafwetboek.
Article 1er. La fondation d'utilité publique " Fondation pour Enfants Disparus et Sexuellement Exploités abréviée CHILD FOCUS ", dont le siège social se situe à1020 Bruxelles, avenue Houba - de Strooper 292, est agréée comme organisation visée à l'article 383bis/1 du Code pénal.
Art. 2. De minister bevoegd voor Justitie is belast met de uitvoering van dit besluit.
Art. 2. Le ministre qui a la Justice dans ses attributions est chargé de l'exécution du présent arrêté.
