Artikel 1. Het bedrag van drie miljoen tweehonderddrieëndertigduizend vijfhonderd zesenvijftig euro in vastleggingskrediet en het bedrag van drie miljoen negenhonderdvijfentwintigduizend vijfhonderd zesenvijftig euro in vereffeningskrediet wordt afgenomen van de interdepartementale provisie ingeschreven op het programma 14-21-0, onder de basisallocatie 21/01.01.00.01 en wordt verdeeld overeenkomstig de bijgevoegde tabel.
Article 1er. Le montant de trois millions deux cent trente-trois mille cinq cent cinquante-six euros en crédit d'engagement et le montant de trois millions neuf cent vingt-cinq mille cinq cent cinquante-six euros en crédit de liquidation est prélevé de la provision interdépartementale inscrite au programme 14-21-0, sous l'allocation de base 21/01.01.00.01 et est réparti conformément au tableau ci-annexé.
Art. 2. De in de tabel vermelde bedragen worden gevoegd bij de kredieten welke onder de betrokken programma's en basisallocaties zijn uitgetrokken voor het begrotingsjaar 2010.
Art. 2. Les montants figurant dans ce tableau sont rattachés aux crédits prévus pour l'année budgétaire 2010 aux programmes et allocations de bases concernés.
Art. 3. Dit besluit treedt in werking de dag waarop het in het Belgisch Staatsblad wordt bekendgemaakt.
Art. 3. Le présent arrêté entre en vigueur le jour de sa publication au Moniteur belge.
Art. 4. Onze Vice-Eerste Minister en Minister van Buitenlandse Zaken, Onze Vice-Eerste Minister en Minister van Begroting, Onze Staatssecretaris voor Begroting en Onze Staatssecretaris voor Europese Zaken, toegevoegd aan de Minister van Buitenlandse Zaken zijn, ieder wat hem betreft, belast met de uitvoering van dit besluit.
Art. 4. Notre Vice-Premier Ministre et Ministre des Affaires étrangères, Notre Vice-Premier Ministre et Ministre du Budget, Notre Secrétaire d'Etat au Budget et Notre Secrétaire d'Etat aux Affaires européennes, adjoint au Ministre des Affaires étrangères sont chargés, chacun en ce qui le concerne, de l'exécution du présent arrêté.
