Artikel 1. Een bedrag ten belope van de omzetwaarde in Belgische munt van 35.32O US ° aan te rekenen ten laste van het op basisallocatie 57.1.1.34.53 (Programma 25.57.1) van de begroting van het Ministerie van Volksgezondheid en Leefmilieu voor het begrotingsjaar 1995 uitgetrokken krediet, wordt aan het "Trustfonds voor het Verdrag van Bazel inzake de beheersing van de grensoverschrijdende overbrenging van gevaarlijke afvalstoffen en de verwijdering ervan" (Milieuprogramma van de Verenigde Naties) verleend als Belgische bijdrage voor 1995 en zal gestort worden op het volgende rekeningnummer : "Account n° 015-002756, UNEP General Trusts Funds Account, Chemical Bank, United Nations Branch, New York, NY 10017 United States of America".
Article 1. Un montant en francs belges équivalant à 35.320 US ° à imputer à charge du crédit inscrit à l'allocation de base 57.1.1.34.53 (Programme 25.57.1) du budget du Ministère de la Santé Publique et de l'Environnement pour l'année budgétaire 1995, est alloué au "Fonds d'affectation spéciale pour la Convention de Bâle sur le contrôle des mouvements transfrontières de déchets dangereux et de leur élimination" (Programme des Nations Unies pour l'Environnement) à titre de contribution belge pour 1995, et sera versé au compte suivant : "Account n° 015-002756, UNEP General Trusts Funds Account, Chemical Bank, United Nations Branch, New York, NY 10017 United States of America".
Art. 2. Onze Staatssecretaris voor Leefmilieu is belast met de uitvoering van dit besluit.
